DEVICE FOR REMOVING COATING LAYER FROM CALCINING FURNACE USING CARRIER

PURPOSE: A coating layer remover from a calcining furnace is provided to remove a coating layer using a carrier and an air breaker, to prevent the over-creation of the coating layer and to enhance the quality of quick lime by cleaning a rotary kiln. CONSTITUTION: A coating layer remover comprises a carrier containing a smashing device in a calcining furnace; a controller controlling the carrier outside; and a temperature sensor (30) measuring temperature per portion of the calcining furnace. The controller checks the creating position of the coating layer using the temperature sensor and removes the coating layer by the smashing device. The smashing device of the carrier smashes the coating layer by a swing cylinder. The temperature sensor in an infrared ray type is installed outside the rotary kiln. When the coating layer is removed, the surface temperature is high.
