PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to prevent the refrigerant gas from flowing back to the compression chamber even when the pressure ratio of the refrigerant gas increases, while preventing collision noise caused by a non-return valve upon re-start of the compressor. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a circular mesh member(11) mounted at the rear surface of a fixed scroll(7) so as to separate oil from the discharged gas; a cover plate(12) for covering the upper surface of the mesh member; a non-return valve(13) disposed at the interior of the mesh member so as to open/close a discharge port(7b) together with the separated oil; a guide rod(14) fixed to the rear surface of the fixed scroll so as to slidably contact the rim surface of the non-return valve; and a check plate(15) coupled to an end of the guide rod so as to restrict the degree of opening of the non-return valve.
