COMPOSITION OF LIQUEFIED REACTIVE COLORING AGENT FOR COLORING POLYURETHANE AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A composition of a liquefied reactive coloring agent is provided which is to color polyurethane. And a method for preparing the same is also provided. CONSTITUTION: A composition of a liquid state reactive coloring agent of formula(1) comprises 20-80 parts by weight of a polyol as a binder resin, 5-75 parts by weight of a pigment, 0.3-20 parts by weight of a diisocyanate as a hardening agent, 0-5 parts by weight of a catalyst and 0-10 parts by weight of a dispersant. The method comprises the steps of: (i) mixing the polyol with the pigment in a dispersing machine; (ii) pouring the diisocyanate and the catalyst into the dispersing machine and then reacting it for 1-10 hours at a temperature of 40-180 deg.C; (iii) milling the reaction product of the step (ii) in a mill of the dispersing machine; and (iv) filtering the dispersed solution by using a filter of 80-400 mesh in sizes.
