PURPOSE: A bearing for rotatable chair is provided to allow a user to have a stabilized posture while reducing fatigue caused by bad posture of sitting on the chair. CONSTITUTION: A bearing comprises an upper rotating plate(11) having a rectangular shape, and a lower rotating plate(13) roll-contacting the bottom surface of the upper rotating plate. The lower rotating plate has a bearing house(14) recessed into a predetermined depth, and a rotation shaft hole(15) formed at the center of the lower rotating plate. The upper rotating plate has at four corners thereof screw holes(19) for fixation of the upper rotating plate to a seat plate of the chair. The bearing house formed at the lower rotating plate accommodates a ball(23) which is protected by a ball packing(25). Bearing houses(14,21) formed at the upper and lower rotating plates, respectively, have contact surfaces maintained at horizontal state. The rotating plate has a height increasing as it goes from an end(A) toward the other end(B), thus forming an inclined surface.
