PURPOSE: The advertising service system and method are provided to enable a user to order to corresponding member store promptly using the telecommunication by distributing function terminals stored by a shorting dial in adjacent house or office based on the designated member store. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of member stores(10) are pays a predetermined member fee to a service offerer(60). The member stores(10) is joined by connecting to a server(61) of service offerer on the internet(50) using one's personal computer(12). A plurality of houses or offices(20) receive a plurality of function terminals(21) by the service offerer(60). The function terminals(21) includes a plurality of shorting dials at a shorting dial displaying unit provided one side a receiver. An advanced/deferred payment selection button selecting a specific telecommunication is provided at the other side of the receiver. The shorting dials is operated by a circuit operation having one touch operation, and automatically transmitted to the corresponding member store. A telephone office(40) contracts in communication with the service offerer(60), and offers a discount money to the service offerer(60) with respect to telephone charges generated by the function terminals(21) through the internet(50).
