PURPOSE: A resin tableware and a production method are provided to stably form a band shape and to improve durability by forming a band shape groove during a molding process of a tableware main body and solidifying an ink pigment through heat treatment after charged in the groove. CONSTITUTION: To produce a tableware by using a resin, a resin powder material is weighed and put in a high frequency preheater. The resin powder material is heated and molten at 100 to 150deg.C for one minute. The molten resin material is put in a mold prepared with a groove installation portion and a heating portion and pressurized to have a groove(142) of specific depth around a circumferential part. After a tableware mold is separated from the mold and mapped, an ink pigment(144) is filled up in the groove. The tableware mold is heated at 200 to 250deg.C for 10 to 15 minutes. Thereby, a band pattern is formed on the rim of a tableware article by solidifying the ink.
