PREPARING METHOD FOR SHEATH-CORE TYPE CONJUGATED FIBER OF LIGHT ACCUMULATING PROPERTY

PURPOSE: Provided is a preparing method for sheath-core type conjugated fiber of light accumulating property, which is characterized by producing the conjugated fiber having excellent strength and abrasion resistance, and reducing abrasion of a spinning machine, though light accumulating agent of high hardness is used. CONSTITUTION: Synthetic resin of fiber forming property containing luminous agent of light accumulating property is used as the core ingredient. Synthetic resin of fiber forming property having transparency is used as the sheath ingredient. The core ingredient is obtained by conjugated-spinning 10-30wt.% of the luminous agent of light accumulating property and 70-90wt.% of the synthetic resin chip of fiber forming property. The conjugated fiber has the eccentric type core part. Fineness of the conjugated fiber is 2-50denier. Occupied area of the core part is 10-90% based on fiber sectional area.
