PURPOSE: A lighter body manufacturing method for integrally forming patterns on an inner surface is provided to simplify the pattern forming procedure by omitting a pattern inserting or adhering step, thereby improving the productivity, and prevent separation of the pattern from an inner surface of the lighter body, thereby maintaining a good appearance always. CONSTITUTION: A lighter body manufacturing method for integrally forming patterns on an inner surface includes the steps of injecting a body material into a space part between inner and outer molds engraved with a pattern, and separating the molds from each other after the molding of the body material is finished, thereby forming a body(8) integrally formed with the patterns(7) on an inner surface correspondingly to the engraved pattern of the molds.
