PURPOSE: A production method for a ceiling material for construction is provided to improve a sound absorbing effect by simultaneously molding complex materials having different physical properties and to have soft and elegant qualities. CONSTITUTION: A fire resistant polypropylene resin is inputted and molten in an injector. After the molten resin(52) is discharged from a nozzle while moving the injector back and forth, the molten resin is injected to a lower mold(22). Herein, the temperature of the injected resin is 200 to 220deg.C and the injection of the nozzle is widely spread. After finishing injecting the resin, the injector is returned to an original position and a nonwoven fabric is put on the resin surface. The resin and the nonwoven fabric are pressurized by descending an upper mold(20). The nonwoven fabric is adhered to the resin by the natural heat of the resin. While the resin is equally spread in the upper and lower molds by the molding pressure, the resin and the nonwoven fabric are integrally molded. The molded resin is separated by opening the upper and lower molds after a specific time. Then a ceiling material is produced.
