PURPOSE: A method for controlling file access of multi-protocol file server is provided to control the file access between client devices using multi various access control models and multi various file server protocols. CONSTITUTION: A file server(110) is allocated for receiving a file server request(121) from a client device(120). The file server(110) decreases each request(121) and determines whether an operation requested by the request(121) is permitted. If the operation requested by the request(121) is permitted, the file server(110) is operated in one or more target files(112). The file server(110) is allocated for transmitting a file server response(122) to the client device(120). The file server(110) determines a response to each request(121), generates a response(122), and transmits the response(122) to the client device(120) which transmits the request(121). Each client device(120) is allocated for transmitting the file server request(121) to the file server(110) and receiving the file server response(122) from the file server(110).
