PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose an optical filter array which is capable of eliminating the stress exerted by an adhesive or solder on a coating. SOLUTION: A filter element having a substrate coated in such a manner that the port on one side of the optical filter array faces the substrate side in place of facing the coating side of the substrata is arranged. Accordingly, the coating side faces the port apart from the port and the substrate side faces the port with respect to the distance from the port when the filter exists.
