PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for Stirling engine that has stable heat exchange performance, and at the same time can reduce manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A corrugated fin 2 is fastened temporally to one end on the inner-periphery surface of a cylindrical radiator 4, and a ring 3 with an external diameter being slightly larger than the internal diameter of the corrugated fin 2 is inserted into the inside of the corrugated fin 2 concentrically, thus allowing the corrugated fin 2 to be subjected to contact bonding to the side of the radiator 4 by the ring 3, securely fitting the corrugated fin 2 in the radiator 4, and hence easily obtaining a heat exchanger 1a composing of the corrugated fin 2 and the ring 3.
