PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely correct phase variation and gain variation of a power amplifier by simple circuit constitution. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with the first FET 2 and the second FET 4 connected in parallel, the first bias control circuit 3 for executing gate bias control of the FET 2 so as to correct amplitude characteristic and phase characteristic of the power amplifier with respect to distortion at the time of high output, and the second bias control circuit 5 for executing the gate bias control of the FET 4 so as to make a gain constant at the time of low output.
