PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically install and uninstall an elevating guide without using worker's hands to reduce worker's activity work in a control area. SOLUTION: In this mixing pump elevating guide mechanism, a chain block 3 is installed on a ceiling part of a pump chamber 11 formed above a waste processing building sludge storage tank 14, a hatch opening 12 communicating the pump chamber 11 with the sludge storage tank 14 is formed in a floor of the pump chamber 11, a guide 13 is provided inside the sludge storage tank 14, and a mixing pump unit 1 having a frame body 4 and a mixing pump 7 vertically moved with the mixing pump 7 suspended by a lifter 5 is mounted above the hatch opening 12. The periphery of the mixing pump 7 is provided with an elevating guide 6 vertically moving together with the mixing pump 7, connected to the guide 13.
