METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMBINED FILAMENT YARN HAVING THREE LAYER STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A process for preparing combined filament yarn having a three layer structure is provided, by doing multistage drawing of modified polyester half drawn yarn having excellent drape properties and modified polyester half drawn yarn having excellent contractibility, and combining the two yarns and ultra high contractible yarn during air interlacing, in which yarns retaining artificial silk characteristics are produced. CONSTITUTION: This process comprises the steps of: preparing high contractible modified polyester half drawn yarn having a specific shrinkage rate of 20 to 30% and ultra high contractible yarn having a specific shrinkage rate of 50 to 60% using a polymer prepared by mixing an isophthalic acid additive and a preventive agent for degradation of physical properties obtained by adding ethylene oxide or propylene oxide to bisphenol A; preparing high specific gravity modified polyester half drawn yarn from a polyester polymer obtained by adding ceramic; and drawing the high contractible yarn and high specific gravity modified polyester half drawn yarn; and combining the two yarns and the ultra high contractible yarn during air interlacing.
