METHOD FOR CULTURING CLEAN BEAN SPROUT

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for culturing clean bean sprout by removing remaining organic compounds from water for culturing the bean sprout, producing insufficient inorganic compounds, sterilizing the solution. Thereby, the quality and taste of the bean sprout is improved. CONSTITUTION: Clean bean sprouts is cultivated by the following steps: sterilizing various bacteria in a water container using ultra violet rays following passing water through a filter having a tank equipped with charcoal, loess ball, zeolite ball, elvan, silicate, silica layer; soaking beans in the water, followed by selecting and germinating beans with sterilizing using ultra violet rays; containing the germinated beans quantitatively in a cultivator then culturing them using sterilized water.
