PURPOSE: An accessory container for plant or/and animal cell tissues culture is provided which reduces sharply the potential bacterial contamination of the cell tissues without harmful effect on the cultivation thereof. CONSTITUTION: An accessory container for animal and/or plant cell tissue culture is prepared to prevent the bacterial contamination. The accessory container includes a body (110), a lid (130) covering the body (110), and a ventilation hole (137) attached with a filter membrane having minutes holes, on the lid (130). And the body (110) has a cylinder shape of upward bricks being vertically protected outside a base plate (111) on which a petri dish is put, while the lid (130) is protracted downward outside a top plate (131). And the ventilation hole (137) is formed at regular intervals on downward bricks (133) of the lid (130). |
