PURPOSE: A time switching device of a single bit is provided to use a time switch in a mass system, so as to perform a sampling of the single bit relating to high-speed data in the mass system. CONSTITUTION: A data converter(10) is composed of two D flip-flops(11,12). Data are inputted to each forward input terminal(D) of the D flip-flops(11,12). The first clock is inputted to a clock terminal(CLK) of the first D flip-flop(11), and the second clock is inputted to a clock terminal(CLK) of the second D flip-flop(12). A forward output terminal(Q) of the first D flip-flop(11) and a forward output terminal(Q) of the second D flip-flop(12) are inputted to a time switch(20). The time switch(20) receives output signals of the two D flip-flops(11,12), and switches the output signals to output the switched signals. The time switch(20) outputs the signals to two output terminals, and one of the output terminals is connected to an input terminal of the first gate(31) of a multiplexer(30). The other output terminal is connected to an input terminal of the second gate(32). Outputs of the two gates(31,32) are wired, and an enable terminal of the first gate(31) receives a selection signal. An enable terminal of the second gate(32) reverses the selection signal and receives the reversed selection signal.
