FILM FOR CONCRETE FORM PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE: A high quality film for concrete form panel obtained by adding a small amount of a liquid pigment to modified phenol resin is provided, which has excellent alkali resistance, acid resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and water proof resistance. CONSTITUTION: This film for concrete form panel is prepared by a process consisting of: impregnating craft paper containing 15 to 30% by weight of titanium having a density of 40 to 120g/m¬2 at a pH of 6.7 to 7.1 with phenol resin, and 60 to 70% pigment having a specific gravity of 2.0 to 2.20g/cm¬3 and a viscosity of 90 to 110KU in the first time, coating and drying; and impregnating with phenol resin in the second time; and drying. The film has excellent durability such that it can be reused more than 10 times.
