PURPOSE: A sound-insulating device is provided to reduce the impulsive sound of upstairs while the floor structure of upstairs is separated from the ceiling structure of downstairs by a joist connector, a furring channel connector and a buffering member. CONSTITUTION: A sound-insulating device comprises a joist connector(10), a furring channel connector(20) and a buffering member(40). The joist connector has a joist inserting part(5) formed to be easily separated or installed in a joist. The upper end of the furring channel connector is connected to the joist connector to be separated, and the lower side is bent-up to form a furring channel inserting part(25). The buffering member is installed between the joist connector and the furring channel connector, and absorbs or excludes the vibration of upper impulsive sound.
