PURPOSE: A steel wire type steel concrete structure aseismatic reinforcement and a method thereof are provided to improve structural seismic performance by low cost and simple construction. CONSTITUTION: A wire fixing member(2,2') is stuck to fix in the inner edge of a joining part of a beam-column joint part of a structure(20). Both ends of each steel wire(3,4) are joined in the wire fixing member facing diagonally each other and rotated respectively. And the steel wires are placed as an X-shaped form each other. The wire fixing member is fixed on the structure by an anchor bolt. A hole(5) is formed on the wire fixing member, and the end of the steel wire is connected to rotate. And the steel wire consists of a strand wire.
