PURPOSE: The apparatus and method for handling a mail with a multi-function are provided to enable a user to confirm documents or mails received from several web mail simultaneously by connecting a user's mail to a present used web mail automatically as a client mail. CONSTITUTION: An admailer server(200) automatically receives a mail having an advertisement through the first user PC(100), transmits data on a reserve fund to a cash coin DB(310), and manages information on an advertisement. An admailer DB(210) saves information on a member certification, cyber money, confirmation of sending a mail, sending advertisement from the admailer, and data on client's taste. A cash coin DB saves an accumulation and a use of cyber money. A cash coin server(300) manages an electronic business. A user mail server(400) receives an advertisement transmitted with a mail by a user from the admailer server(200). A receiver mail server(500) transmits a mail from the user mail server(400) to the second user PC(600) and an advertisement pressed and read by a user of the second user PC(600) to the admailer server(200).
