PURPOSE: An energy increasing device for generating electric energy from a gas turbine in which hydrogen and oxygen gas produced by electrolysis is burned, a magnetic impeller using an electric generating coil and a magnetic coil and a liquid storage tank containing water, sodium hydroxide or dilute sulfuric acid is provided which produce energy at low cost in a simple manner and causes no air pollution. CONSTITUTION: This energy increasing device comprises the steps of producing electric energy by driving a magnetic impeller (7), (6), (5), (4) with an air bubble (14) obtained by explosive combustion of hydrogen and oxygen gas produced by electrolysis in a gas turbine (8), producing electric energy by driving the gas turbine by explosive combustion of the hydrogen and oxygen gas and producing auxiliary energy by driving a power generating turbine (1) with heat, steam, air bubbles, a vibration wave in a liquid storage tank (17) containing water, sodium hydroxide or dilute sulfuric acid and combining energy from the gas turbine, energy from the magnetic impeller and energy from the generation turbine.
