TREATING EQUIPMENT OF NITRATE NITROGEN

PURPOSE: A treatment equipment of nitrate nitrogen is provided, which can treat nitrate nitrogen contained in waste water rapidly in a small-capacity facility without any clogging by using a denitrification biological reactor containing microorganism contacting media that have large porosity and large specific surface and can carry microorganisms of more than 5000ppm, so that a settling tank and a recycle line can be eliminated and the plant can be controlled and maintained easily. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a flow control tank (1) for controlling influent; (ii) a pH adjusting tank (2) for adjusting pH of influent waste water from the flow control tank (1); (iii) a denitrification biological reactor (5) for denitrifying influent waste water coming through the flow control tank (1) and the pH adjusting tank (2); and (iv) a carbon source supply part (4) for feeding carbon source to the denitrification biological reactor (5); and (v) a blower (6).
