PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inductor incorporated laminated component which is easily manufactured and small-sized and has high accuracy and satisfactory high frequency characteristics. SOLUTION: A ceramic green sheet 3 formed on a PET film 1 as a base is provided with a space for an internal electrode formation pattern 7 and a conductive paste 10 is filled in the space to manufacture an internal conductor forming insulating layer 20 provided with an internal conductor of conductive paste, which is nearly as thick as the ceramic green sheet, and the internal conductor forming insulating layer 20 is laminated so that internal conductors of respective layers are connected to one another, and thereafter the ceramic green sheet and internal conductors are baked at the same time. |
