METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING EMITTER OF ELECTRON GUN CATHODE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an emitter of an electron gun cathode is provided to manufacture easily an emitter by improving a manufacturing method of the emitter of an electron gun cathode. CONSTITUTION: Each emitter is formed by cutting an emitter material. The emitter and alumina powder are inserted into a cleaning tub. A trichloroethyene and a tetrachloromethane are inserted into the cleaning tub. The emitter is cleaned by an ultrasonic wave cleaning device. The emitter is cleaned by using pure water. The emitter is cleaned by using an acetone. The emitter is cleaned by pure water. The emitter is dried. A surface of the emitter is checked.
