PURPOSE: A human resources management unifying system is provided for a user to access information with respect to human resources easily by pressing a button on a screen and to input, modify, manage and output the human resources by unifying a digital camera and a high-quality printer. CONSTITUTION: A digital camera(110) photographs an image and converts the image into image data having a predetermined pixel. A scanner(120) projects a light ray on a drawing sheet and converts a reflection ray from the sheet into an electric signal, and inputs picture information in a computer. The computer(130) processes the image data transmitted from a card reader or the scanner(120) as a background screen through a card reader reading a photograph stored in a memory card attached to the digital camera(110) and a serial bus connecting socket connected to the scanner(120), and inputs personal detail information by setting a frame and adjusts the position of the photograph. A database(140) stores the personal detail information and the photograph processed by the computer(130). An output unit(150) outputs the contents transmitted through a communication cable of the computer(130). A color printer or a thermo printer is used as the output unit(150).
