PURPOSE: A flame roast pan is provided to maximally save roasting time by directly and equally heating food on a grill with a flame smoothly let in through a flame inlet hole, to save fuel and to remove environmental pollutions by improving thermal efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A body case(3) forms a concurrent heating wall(5) by downwardly bending an upper face of the body case long. A flame inlet hole(6) is punched on a flame inlet sill(10) bent outwardly on the upper side of the lower face of the body case. The upper side embeds a grill(9) to be separated from a bottom plate(8). Several discharge holes(7) are punched on the upper side of the body case to smoothly let in and discharge the heat of the flame diffused in the inside. A knob(1) is combined with a germanium stone(11) on an inner face of an intensified glass cover(2) by forming a combining sill(6). Then, the intensified glass cover is combined with the body case.
