PURPOSE: Provided is a method for treating livestock excrements using Actinoplanetes sp., which is environmental-friendly and treated excrements can be usable as a liquid fertilizer. CONSTITUTION: From a livestock shed, livestock excrements are drained away into a reservoir via trench. In the reservoir containing 150-250 ppm of Actinoplanetes sp., gathered livestock excrements are decomposed, supernatant is recycled for reuse. In addition, decomposed solid-excrements are used as a liquid fertilizer.
