PURPOSE: An apparatus for turning on/off a potable phone with leaf spring is provided to prevent on/off errors of the potable phone by using the leaf spring that does not generate the delay between expansion and shrink. CONSTITUTION: The molded body is form of stick, and moves up and down according to the movement of flip or folder in the potable phone. Recess part(20) has a predetermined length, is made of elastic material, and ascends and descends in response to the ascendant and descendant of the molded body. An inclined part(30) is connected to one end of the recess part(20) by a predetermined height, and made of elastic material, so that the inclined angle thereof is changed according to the movement of the recess part(20). A pressed body(40) is connected to one end of the inclined part(30), form of rectangular, and have a hole that the recess part(20) and the inclined part(30) are passed through. A fixing part(50) fixes the pressed body(40) on the printed circuit board. The first contact point is arranged in the under portion of the recess part(20), and the second contact point is arranged in the surface which is opposite to the contact surface between the molded body and the recess part(20).
