<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document distribution server device which can automatically route received documents only by setting and processing at a reception side. SOLUTION: Document forms and corresponding storage destinations of documents are stored while made to correspond to each other and it is checked whether received document data use a registered form by using the received document data and registered form data (step S5120). When the registered form is used, the document is stored in a corresponding storage destination folder (step S5240). When no registered form is found or when the document data do not comply with a registered form, the document can be stored in a previously registered storage destination corresponding to the address after address information is detected through OCR analysis (step S5220).</p> |
