PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration detecting device which can prevent an error from being generated in an output due to the influence of a noise. SOLUTION: An insulating resin case 9 is formed in a shape which exposes a part on the outer circumferential face of a base 5. A contact piece 13f which is pressed to a part in the outer circumferential part of the base 5 in a state that a cover member 13 is fitted to the insulating resin case 9 is installed integrally at the cover member 13. The cover member 13 grounds the base 5.
