PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable, efficient, high-speed on-demand type heating material, a heating device and an image-forming device capable of reducing the area of the substrate by disposing a temperature sensing element in the middle of plural heat generators in a rear side heating type heating material. SOLUTION: This heating material has plural heat generators 2, 2a generating heat by carrying an electric current to a heat resistant insulating substrate 1, and the side of the substrate 1 opposite to the side the heat generators 2a, 2a is the heating side to heat a material to be heated. The heat generators 2a, 2a of the substrate 1 are covered with an insulating layer 4, and a temperature sensing element 7 is disposed in the middle of the heat generators 2 and 2a on the insulating layer 4. |
