PURPOSE: An exercise equipment for hanging is provided, which increases a physical stamina of the upper part of the body by being supplied in a simple structure and at low cost without worrying about side effect. CONSTITUTION: An exercise equipment for hanging is characterized by comprising the following: (i)erecting two posts(2) in the height capable of hanging; (ii)equipping a rotation axis between both posts by installing a supporting bearing; (iii)rotating the rotation axis(4) by connecting with power transmission device(6) like a motor and a gear; (iv)forming a pair of facing eccentric sections(7,7') on the rotation axis; (v)using a bearing at the eccentric section(7,7') for spinning on the rotation axis(4); (vi)composing a loop(10) for a handle grip at the outside of the bearing and a connection device which is composed of rope or belt.
