Materials (I) are claimed contg. (A) 50-99.99 wt.% polyaryl-ether-ketone (PEK) produced by electrophilic polycondensation and with at least 50 mol.% units of formula -O-Phe-(t-Phe)s-O-Phe- CO-(Phe-T')t-Phe- (II). (B) 0.01-4 wt.% phosphorus cpd. contg. units of formula (IIIA) or (IIIB), (C) up to 50 wt.% thermoplastic other than (A), and (D) up to 45 wt.% fibrous or particulate filler or mixt. Phe = 1,4-phenylene; T, T' = O or CO; s, t = 0, 1, 2 or 3; V = O or S; Q1 = 1-25C alkyl or 6-25C aryl (the latter opt. with 1-3 1-4C alkyl substits.); Q2, Q3 = 1-20C alk(ox)yl or 6-20C aryl(oxy) (opt. with 1-3 in-chain heteroatoms, e.g. N, O or S); Ar1 = m- or p-phenylene, or 2-6 aromatic rings linked in the m- or p-position via a direct bond, O, S, CO, SO2 or CMe2 and with aromatic rings opt. substd. with 1-3 1-4C alkyl gps; Ar2 = m- or p-phenylene, opt. with 1-3 substits. i.e. 1-10C alk(ox)yl, 6-20C aryl(oxy) or Hal; X = O, CO, S, SO2, CM32 or direct bond; u, v, w = 0 or 1; x = 0, 1 or 2.
