摘要 PURPOSE: A data output buffer is provided to minimize consumption of current because the path for DC current is not formed at the portion for driving pull-up circuit. CONSTITUTION: The buffer includes a precharge portion(50), a pull up controller((60), a driving portion, a pull down controller(80) and an output driving portion(90). The precharge portion receives an input signal of an inner power voltage level and then generates the first controlling signal switched to an outer power voltage level. The pull up controller is consisted of the first inverter inputting the first data signal which is a data of a memory cell selected by row and column addresses and then outputting an inverted output and the second inverter generating the second controlling signal by inverting an output signal of the first inverter. The driving portion generates a pull up enabling signal in response to the first and second controlling signals. The pull down controller receives the second data signal having a predetermined phase difference with the first data signal and then generates a pull down enabling signal delayed as a constant time. The output driving portion provides a pull up circuit outputting a data having a high level in response to the pull up enabling signal and a pull down circuit outputting a low level data to the outside in response to the pull down enabling signal.
