PURPOSE: A band cable has a packing seal formed between a body part and an engaging part thereof that seals hermetically between an installation place surface of a floor panel and the engaging part of the band cable inserted into and engaged with the installation place surface so as to prevent moisture from infiltrating. CONSTITUTION: A band cable comprises a band part(14), a body part(26) and an engaging part. The band part(14) covers a wire(32). The body part(26) has an engaging device which the band part(14) is inserted into and engaged with. The engaging part is inserted into and engaged with a floor panel(28). A packing seal(22) is integrally formed between the body part(26) and the engaging part so as to adhere to the floor panel(28).
