PURPOSE: A vehicle seatbelt load limiter with a plastic deformation is provided to reduce damage on a body caused by an impact applying to a webbing through extending the length of the webbing in a crash accident. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle seatbelt load limiter using plastic deformation comprises a vehicle body(200); a body(10) installing an anchor(110) separated from the vehicle body; a plastic deformation body(20) vertically mounted in the body; and a bracket supporting an end of the plastic deformation body by being fixed to the vehicle body. The body is separated from the vehicle body according to the anchor pulled by an impact in an accident. Then, the plastic deformation body is transformed to change an entire length of a webbing(100).
