PURPOSE: Provided is a pick up device for detecting a resonance signal form the outside of an object, which is observed a resonance signal without damage of the original form of an object, and is detected a specific compound of surface of an object or two- or three-dimensional distribution of a specific atom by grasping the position of the resonance signal from an object. CONSTITUTION: The pick up device for detecting a resonance signal form the outside of an object comprises a pick up coil(20) for detecting the resonance of a specific compound by scanning magnetic flux generated from current flow to the object; and a control circuit(22) for detecting the resonance signal by guiding the current to the pick up coil or by inputting the current induced to the pick up coil according to the resonance of the specific compound. Particularly, the pick up coil scans the surface of the object according to at least one type of NQR(Nuclear Quadrapole Resonance) and NMR(Nuclear Magnetic Resonance).
