PURPOSE: A multifloored parking device for a road side of a residential street provides a simple and effective composition for advancing and retreating a pallet to the side and harmonize with the environment of a city. CONSTITUTION: A fixed rail is installed on both ends of the upper side of a rectangular device for joining the upper end of four pillars. Left and right rotating pillars(7) are made at the front end of the rail. A horizontal beam is joined at a right angle to the upper end of the left and right pillars, and an opening and shutting rail(11) is installed at the upper end of the horizontal beam. A worm(14) differing from the screw direction fixed at both ends of a major axis is installed on a worm gear(12) of the rotating pillar. Winches(22,23) are fixed at both ends of the inner left end of an upper frame(18) of the major axis, and a pulley is installed on the right side. Then, a rope(27,27') is settled on two corners of the right end of a second floor pallet and hung on a pulley(23') and settled in the winch. Ropes(28,28') settled on two corners of the left end are directly settled in the winch. A rope(37) is hung on a pulley(35) at the upper end of a pillar(1) and in the pulley(36) of the outside of the lower end of a pillar(2). Both ends of the rope are fixed on a rear winch(38). The lower end of an operating beam(34) is connected to a rope(37) and the upper end is settled to a handle operator(33) symmetrically. The front end of the shearing of a first floor pallet(29) is stuck to a ground fixed axis(30).
