PURPOSE: An animal urine treating apparatus is provided to cleanly and environmentally friendly treat the animal urine by consistently and strongly spraying little by little after collecting the animal urine at one place so as to discharge the animal urine in fog form, thereby easily and naturally evaporating the same. CONSTITUTION: The animal urine treating apparatus comprises a suction can (3) installed inside a pig urine storing vessel (1) having a certain size, wherein a turbine device (2) is installed in the suction can (3); an aeration pipe (32) adjacently installed to the bottom of the pig urine storing vessel (1) in which one end of the aeration pipe (32) is connected to an external air supplying pipe (31), and other end of the aeration pipe (32) is connected to one side of the upper part of the turbine device (2) of the suction can (3); and a connection pipe (4) connected to a pressure control valve (51) of a spray device (5) installed at the upper side of a separate housing (6) which is installed on the storing vessel (1), wherein the other end of the connection pipe (4) is connected to the upper part of the suction can (3).
