摘要 PURPOSE: A rich-lean combustion gas burner for home is provided to reduce the discharge amount of pollutants by improving the stability of a premixed lean combustion flame and to enhance combustibility. CONSTITUTION: A rich-lean combustion gas burner is comprised of a gas nozzle for injecting fuel letting through a fuel supply hole(1); plural bunsen rich combustion slits(5) installed on a burner support(8) to let the injected gas; a premixed lean combustion slit(6) using a porous knitted metal fiber mat as a combustion surface material; a screen plate installed on one side of the burner support to contact one face with a gas fuel inlet hole(10) and prepared with a hole(4a) to let in gas fuel and first air from each gas nozzle; and an air charging plate installed on a lower end of the burner support and prepared with plural air holes. Thereby, the pressure drop and the loss of heat are decreased. Further, the stability and uniformity of a burner flame are improved.
