DEVICE FOR LOCKING OIL TRANSFERRING VALVE IN OIL PIPE OF CRUDE OIL TANKER

PURPOSE: An oil transferring valve locking device of an oil pipe is provided to prevent a butterfly shaped disk from being closed due to high oil pressure by installing a disk hold unit maintaining the opened state of the disk in a valve. CONSTITUTION: An oil transferring valve locking device in an oil pipe comprises an oil transferring valve(6) contacting to an oil pipe(3); a disk horizontally opened toward the stream of oil; a fixing stopper(11) supporting a disk; a housing mounted on an upper portion of the oil pipe; a disk press unit(13) pushing an upper face of the disk; a fixing bar(15) having a handle(14); and a packing(16) inserted to the fixing bar like a screw. The disk of the oil transferring valve is opened toward the central line of the oil pipe by rotating at 90 degrees while supplying oil to a crude oil tanker from an oil storage tank and supplying the oil in the crude oil tanker to the oil storage tank. Moreover, the disk is locked to an upper face of the fixing stopper, and the disk press unit pushes the disk by dropping the fixing bar to prevent the disk from being closed in advance.
