PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing footwear uppers is provided, which can improve the moulding status, the manufacturing environment. And its practical use is also provided by using a lower temperature compression press and compressing a laminated fabric with using the press. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for footwear uppers is characterized by comprising: a laminating process wherein, an elastic sponge is inserted between fabric materials; a cutting process wherein the laminated fabric is cut into a suitable size; and a degradation process wherein the laminated fabric is maintained at the temperature of 150 deg.C then degraded; a compression process wherein the laminated fabric is compressed by a press at a temperature of 0-3 deg.C under the pressure of 20kg/cm for 1 minute. The degradation process is achieved by using a device comprising: a conveyor belt(27) placed on the upper portion of the conveyor belt chamber(34), and a heat emitting port(28) to degrade the laminated fabric.
