PURPOSE: A vehicle cooling/heating system is provided to achieve the accurate and quick temperature control and to prevent environmental contamination by using brine as a refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle cooling/heating system comprises the first thermometer(10) and the second thermometer(20). The first thermometer includes a high temperature unit having a thermo electric-module(2) and a heat sink equipped with a plurality of heat exchanger fins, which is arranged at the thermo electric-module so as to diffuse the hot air produced from the heating operation of the thermo electric-module, a low temperature unit having a heat sink arranged at the thermo electric-module so as to diffuse the cold air produced by a heat absorption action of the thermo electric-module, and an inlet port(11) and an outlet port(12). The second thermometer includes a high temperature unit having thermometers(3,4) and a heat sink equipped with a plurality of heat exchanger fins and which is arranged at thermo electric-modules(3,4) so as to diffuse the hot air produced from the heating operation of thermo electric-modules, a low temperature unit having a heat sink arranged at thermo electric-modules so as to diffuse the cold air produced by a heat absorption action of thermo electric-modules, and an inlet port(21) and an outlet port(22).
