PURPOSE: A method for producing a balloon catheter is provided to entirely have the same outside diameter, relieve the pain of a patient, prevent the separation of a non-balloon part when the balloon is excessively inflated, and save production cost. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises extruding the tube having outside diameter less than that of desired catheter to form a first tube, vulcanizing the first tube, perforating two balloon inlets having small diameter on the position to be inflated, coating parts around the inlets of balloon with the release agent, extruding the first tube coated with the release agent to form a second tube, vulcanizing the second tube, cutting the second tube into the predetermined size, forming a tip, and perforating the outlet for draining urine.
