PURPOSE: A service offer intermediation method and a media recording a program for implementing the method is provided to enable a user to request a service to a service providing company, and the service providing company to offer the service satisfying the requested conditions to the user over a communication network. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a service providing company storing information on customers, workers, local centers and cooperated companies in a database, the service providing company receiving service request information from the customers, the service providing company extracting local center information matched with the service request information, the service providing company transmitting the service request information to the extracted local center, the local center searching for worker's information matched with the service request information, the local center notifying the workers of the service request information, the local center dispatching the workers to the location at a time designated by the customers, and notifying the customers of the dispatch.
