PURPOSE: An electro-responsive PVC coating fusion steel wire for alarming is provided to save the expenses by installing an alarming device which is convenient and safe at once. CONSTITUTION: An enamel copper wire is wound before a fusion material is solidified. The PVC coating is accomplished by inserting the enamel copper into a head nozzle of an extruder. A fence(22) is formed with a PVC coating fusion steel wire. A lead cable(27) is connected between the sections set with the fence(22). An alarming terminal(23) is connected by connecting the lead cable(27). The connected lead cable(27) is connected to an alarming terminal(25) which is located in a main box(24). An emergency alarm is operated by the alarming terminal(25) located in a main box(24).
