摘要 PURPOSE: A quantitative drug mixing and collecting system for chemical agents used in LCD glass production is provided which can minimize the error in measuring of chemical agents then collect the measured chemical agents with stability by automating the feeding and mixing process for precise process, and measuring the mixing amount with balance automatically. CONSTITUTION: A system and device for measuring and collecting chemical agents used for LCD glass production is characterized by comprising the following steps: feeding chemical agent into a tank(T1); delivering the chemical agent to a main mixing tank(T2) for mixing main chemicals by using pump(P1); after finishing the delivery, mixing the chemicals automatically; redelivering the mixed chemicals into a tank(T1), while some amount of the mixed chemicals are delivered to a sub-mixing tank(T3) and further mixed; remixing the whole mixed chemicals in the main mixing tank, and; introducing a given amount of the completely mixed chemicals into a container for collection by using a pump.
