PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high power factor, sufficient to meet actual service conditions with respect to fluctuations in load or AC input voltage, and restrain generation of ripple components. SOLUTION: This switching power circuit is provided with a power factor improved circuit for a combined resonance converter, where switching output divided by a primary resonance capacitor formed by the series connection of a first capacitor and a second capacitor is fed back to the power factor improved circuit.
